Job summary

Butterball, LLC is offering a 10-12 week Poultry Production Intern program at our Mount Olive, North Carolina plant. You will dive into daily production operations, tackle industry challenges, and contribute to process improvements under guidance from seasoned teammates.

We seek students pursuing a Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science or related fields with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029. Relocation to Mount Olive encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or related field with a graduation date Dec 2027–Jun 2029.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute.
• Willing to relocate to Mount Olive, NC.
• Previous work experience preferred.
