You'll work alongside experienced teams to master food production, contribute to quality assurance and food safety, and develop leadership skills by mentoring first-line employees. Relocation is welcome for candidates in the area surrounding Mount Olive.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or a related field with an expected graduation date December 2027 through June 2029.
• Have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• Open to relocating to Mount Olive, North Carolina if not in the area.
• Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activity
• Demonstrated involvement on-campus
• Previous work experience of any kind preferred
