Job summary

Stryker Corporation is offering a Field-based Intern, Ortho Sales role for students pursuing a degree in a related field. You will shadow Sales Associates, assist with account development, and gain exposure to branch operations across the sales and operations teams.

The internship requires ongoing Bachelor's degree, a 3.0+ GPA (preferred), U.S. residency or citizenship, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel about 40% and flexible work arrangements may apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field; must plan to enroll after summer.
• GPA 3.0 or higher (preferred).
• U.S. permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn branch operations.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or market strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use with coaching from sales teams.
• Shadow drivers and assist with delivery of kits to accounts.
• Assist warehouse staff in assembling and breaking down instrument kits for surgery.
• Coordinate with various teams concerning products and customers.
• Support special projects for Sales and Field Operations teams.
