Stryker Corporation is offering a Field-based Intern, Ortho Sales role designed for students pursuing a related bachelor’s degree. You’ll shadow sales teams, help develop market strategies, and learn selling techniques with guidance from experienced professionals.

The internship includes hands-on kit handling, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to gain broad exposure to orthopaedic products. Travel up to 40% and a potential housing stipend are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and plan to enroll after summer.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to gain insight into branch operations.
• Develop a project segment to create a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument usage with mentorship from Sales Leaders.
• Assist with warehouse duties, kit assembly, and product preparation for surgery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-related initiatives.
