Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Intern to gain real-world experience across Orthopaedics sales channels. You will shadow sales and operations teams, prepare account-based strategies, and learn selling processes under guidance from senior staff.

The role emphasizes adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting product delivery and customer interactions. Travel is required, with a 40% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a related field with plans to enroll after summer.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Permanent resident or US citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn all branch aspects.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument-use techniques with coaching from sales teams.
• Shadow and assist with kit deliveries to accounts and warehouse tasks.
• Interact with multiple teams regarding products and projects.
