Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; must be enrolled after summer
• GPA 3.0+ preferred
• U.S. permanent resident or citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities
• Versatility, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to gain branch insight and attend or prepare a sales presentation
• Develop a target account list or marketing strategy for a project segment
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with coaching from Sales team
• Shadow and assist Drivers with kit deliveries to accounts
• Assist warehouse team in assembling and breaking down instrument kits
• Interact with various teams regarding products
• Support Sales and Field Operations on special projects as assigned
