Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Intern in Orthopaedic Sales in the United States. The role involves shadowing sales teams, supporting project development for target accounts, and learning selling skills with guidance from seasoned professionals.

You will assist in kit delivery, warehouse tasks, and cross-team collaboration to drive sales initiatives. Qualified students must be pursuing a related bachelor's degree, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and be a US permanent resident or citizen.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with plans to enroll after summer.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a United States permanent resident or citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient with basic computer programs: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to gain insight into branch operations.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instruments use techniques with coaching from Sales team.
• Shadow and assist team members in delivering kits to and from accounts.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: assembling/breaking down instrument kits and preparing products for surgery.
• Interact with various teams regarding products.
• Assist Sales and Field Operations on special projects.
