Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati invites a motivated engineering student to join our 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in Product Supply. You'll tackle real engineering challenges in our state-of-the-art plants, apply data analytics, and contribute to projects that impact our brands.

You will work with experienced managers, gain hands-on experience with automation, packaging, and control systems, and receive mentorship and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Project Mindset: An eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex issues and contribute to technical solutions.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Agility & Drive: Proactive, self-driven, and eager to make a tangible impact.
• Availability: Ability to complete a 12 week internship between May and August 2027.
• Mobility: Ability to relocate for the Summer 2027 internship and willingness to relocate throughout your career.

Responsibilities

• Lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization and loss elimination.
• Support packaging and control systems engineering with data-driven improvements.
• Assist with capital projects, capacity expansion, and automation initiatives from concept to execution.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and training through capability-building activities.
