Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati invites applications for a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027). You’ll be embedded in our Product Supply team, tackling real engineering problems and optimizing processes with experienced mentors in a state-of-the-art plant.

You’ll gain exposure to modern manufacturing, automation, and data analytics while developing hands-on skills in process engineering and project support. Relocation may be required for the summer program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an engineering or related technical bachelor's program.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Willingness to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
• Ability to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and willingness to relocate for career growth.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop process engineering and optimization solutions using data analytics (e.g., OEE, RCA).
• Support web-processing and packaging engineering; optimize lines and assist with new equipment integration using 3D modeling.
• Assist with automation, control systems, and robotics integration in digital manufacturing.”
• Support capital projects from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Contribute to safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
