Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Academic standing: anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Able to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
- Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship.
Responsibilities
- Process Engineering & Optimization: develop solutions to improve product designs and processes.
- Converting & Packaging Engineering: support packaging lines and equipment integration.
- Control Systems Engineering: assist automation systems and robotics integration.
- Manufacturing Project Support: contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
- Capability Building: support safety, quality, and digital solution adoption.
