Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks engineering interns for a 12-week Summer 2027 program at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. You’ll embed with the Product Supply team, solving real engineering problems, optimizing processes, and learning from experienced professionals on impactful projects.

Current students in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields will gain hands-on experience with automated systems, packaging, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in an engineering or technical field.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029.
• Willingness to relocate and complete a 12-week internship May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering & optimization: analyze data to improve product designs and quality.
• Support packaging lines, equipment integration, and 3D modeling applications.
• Assist automation and control systems, contributing to digital manufacturing.
• Participate in capital projects and safety/quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver project milestones.
