Job summary

Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati area, offers a 12-week Manufacturing Internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Product Supply team, tackling real engineering challenges in a fast-paced plant environment and collaborating with experienced mentors.

You will gain hands-on experience in process, packaging, and control systems engineering, with data analytics, 3D modeling, and automation exposure to support continuous improvement and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising juniors/seniors).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; able to drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop process engineering and optimization solutions using data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis).
• Support conversion & packaging engineering; optimize lines and assist with new equipment integration.
• Assist with automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing initiatives; troubleshoot control issues.
