Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in our Product Supply team at one of our U.S. plants. You’ll tackle real engineering challenges, optimize processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals on projects impacting P&G brands.

You will gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing, data analytics, and digital solutions while developing leadership and teamwork skills for a future career in engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Aptitude for project work, timeline management, and driving results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to tackle complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: suggest solutions to improve product designs and processes using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: support packaging lines and new equipment integration.
• Control Systems Engineering: assist automation systems and robotics integration.
• Manufacturing Project Support: contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
• Capability Building: support safety, quality, and digital adoption.
