Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) at our Cincinnati chemicals plant. You will join the Product Supply team to tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and learn from seasoned professionals in a state-of-the-art environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, exposure to advanced manufacturing, data analytics, and development of leadership and collaboration skills within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation date Winter 2027–Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Project Mindset: Eager to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to approach complex issues.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Agility & Drive: Proactive, self-driven, and able to adapt to changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
• Availability: Complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
• Mobility: Willing to relocate for Summer 2027 internship; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: Develop solutions to improve product designs, streamline processes, and enhance quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: Support packaging lines optimization and equipment integration using 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Control Systems Engineering: Support automation systems and robotics integration, troubleshoot control issues.
• Manufacturing Project Support: Assist with capital projects from concept to execution, manage scope and schedule.
• Capability Building: Contribute to safety, quality, and digital solution adoption.
