Procter & Gamble invites engineering students to join a 12-week Manufacturing Internship at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. You'll work with the Product Supply team to tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and gain exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Engineering degree, with a Spring/Fall 2027–2029 graduation window, and a drive to learn through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical field.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Demonstrates ability to manage timelines and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: improve designs and processes using data analytics.
• Support packaging and web-processing engineering with new equipment integration.
• Assist automation, controls, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
