Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication abilities to convey technical HVAC information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills for sales documentation and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in various activities, including analyzing drawings and specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in HVAC.
• Aid in developing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for HVAC solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of HVAC leads and interactions.
• Communicate with HVAC customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to answer inquiries and guide them through the sales process.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify growth opportunities in HVAC market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technicians and engineers to ensure delivery of HVAC solutions.
