U.S. Engineering offers a Summer HVAC Construction Service Internship (May–August 2027), a full‑time, 12‑week program designed to build practical experience in service operations, project coordination, account management, and customer service.

As an intern, you will be exposed to hands-on activities, participate in kickoff meetings, and help develop proposals while building professional relationships with leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Assist in Service Operations, gaining knowledge of Mechanical, TAB, HVAC, Controls and Plumbing contracting.
• Support Operations/Project Managers, Sales Account Managers and Estimators in daily duties within a region.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership and Central Support Services to schedule and complete service requests.
