Job summary

U.S. Engineering offers a Summer internship program, a full-time, 12-week role from May through August 2027.

Interns gain practical experience in Service Operations, Project Coordination, Account Management, and Customer Service with orientation, job walks, and a community service event. The HVAC Construction Service Intern will work on real projects, learn from leaders, and support scheduling and proposal tasks while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Passion for the mechanical service industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain knowledge from the Service side of Mechanical, TAB, HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Contracting.
• Assist Operations Managers, Project Managers, Sales Account Managers and Estimators with their daily job duties within an assigned region.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership and the Central Support Services team to ensure the timely scheduling and completion of service requests.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
