Trane Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Intern to gain hands-on exposure across commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC solutions in North America. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, learn system design, and participate in sales processes from meetings to customer interactions.

The program runs for 12 weeks, developing technical, business, leadership and communication skills, with potential pathways into the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Formación

• Active enrollment for entire internship duration (bachelor's or master's).
• Preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology or Engineering.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings, business functions and customer meetings with mentors.
• Observe and participate in steps sales engineers take from start to finish.
• Build relationships with customers as daily contacts to support solution-making.
