Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales across North America. You will work closely with Sales Account Managers to learn the design, application and sale of HVAC systems and building controls, while gaining hands-on exposure to customers and projects.

The program develops technical, business and leadership skills, with potential pathways into the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering for the duration of the internship.
• Candidates must be in good standing and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems and controls.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors.
• Assist in understanding steps taken by sales engineers from start to finish.
• Contribute to building owner solutions and relationship management.
