You’ll work on intern cohort communications, toolkits, competency models, and learning assets, with exposure to meetings and job shadowing, while developing professional skills in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Majors in preferred fields (Business Administration, Communication, Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Organizational Leadership) completing sophomore year or pursuing a Master's.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR liaison for the summer intern cohort, managing program communications, activity logistics, and day-to-day participant support.
• Build standardized toolkits and resource guides to streamline core Human Resources procedures and internal workflows.
• Assist in refining organizational competency models and designing instructional assets for employee learning and development programs.
• Conduct research and data analysis on industry trends and internal systems to evaluate and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
