Ebara Elliott Energy in Jeannette, PA invites you to join its U.S. global headquarters as a 2027 Human Resources Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in a rotating equipment industry, supporting the HR team and participating in real projects during a 12-week program.
You’ll work on intern cohort communications, toolkits, competency models, and learning assets, with exposure to meetings and job shadowing, while developing professional skills in HR operations.
This is a support role to assist Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) professionals in our U.S. global headquarters location in Jeannette, PA. Students will receive “hands-on\" experience in the Human Resources department in the rotating equipment industry.
2027 Human Resources Intern
At EEE, we design, build, refurbish and re-engineer products used by some of the largest companies in the world. EEE manufactures steam turbines, centrifugal and axial compressors, cryogenic pumps and expanders, power recovery expanders and gas expanders for use in energy markets worldwide.
Major in Business Administration, Communication, Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Organizational Leadership completing minimum of sophomore year of a Bachelor’s Degree. Full time students pursuing a Master’s Degree in the prior fields are encouraged to apply. Majors in related fields are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
This internship will be based at the EEE headquarters in Jeannette, PA. Candidates must be able to commute to our Jeannette, PA headquarters Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. for twelve weeks.
