Job summary

University Center seeks an experienced Housing Operations Manager to oversee the summer housing program, manage contracts, and coordinate turnover and billing. You will prepare notices, schedule move‑ins/outs, and work with Sales and Leasing to plan occupancy.

You’ll recruit and develop the Guest Service Intern program and maintain the StarRez system and occupancy data to maximize property performance. The role requires customer‑facing excellence, fast decision‑making, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred with relevant experience.
• Experience in housing operations, reservations, or conferences is valued.
• Familiarity with StarRez housing management software is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory, training, or scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and ensure efficient management of the summer housing program.
• Review group housing contracts and coordinate arrivals/departures and billing.
• Create notices and statements for residents with a customer service mindset.
• Plan move‑in/move‑out and coordinate with Sales and Leasing teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage the Guest Service Intern program.
• Maintain housing software and update occupancy data in StarRez.
