Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks an experienced Housing Operations Manager to oversee the robust summer housing program at University Center in Chicago, IL. You will coordinate contracts, billing, occupancy, and intern recruitment, while working closely with housing, sales, and management teams.

The role requires strong customer service, supervisory skills, and proficiency with StarRez and MS Office. On-site duties include coordinating arrivals, move-ins, and ongoing housing operations through peak

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with StarRez housing management database preferred.
• Supervisory, training, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and ensure efficient management of the summer housing program.
• Review contracts, prepare billing and coordinate arrivals/departures.
• Recruit, train, and manage the Guest Service Intern program.
• Coordinate unit turnover, meal plans, and occupancy plans with Sales and Leasing teams.
• Manage housing software and maintain resident files and data in StarRez.
