Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg offers a Summer Hospitality Internship for a 10-week program, on-site in a fast-paced environment. You’ll rotate through guest services, housekeeping, retail, attractions, entertainment, or F&B during interviews, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate program, possess strong communication and math skills, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program during internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience and greet/engage guests while maintaining professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in required safety training.
• Perform duties in the department assigned (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
