Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA is offering a Summer Hospitality Internship (10 weeks) with full-time, on-site responsibilities across guest services, housekeeping, retail, attractions, entertainment, or food & beverage. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a path to full-time opportunities.

You will rotate through roles, deliver outstanding guest service, and participate in safety training, team shadowing, and a capstone project.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program during internship.
• Available for a minimum 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Ability to perform basic math and use POS systems.
• Unrestricted US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Perform duties across departments as assigned.
• Attend safety and emergency training.
• Complete on-the-job, self-paced, and classroom learning for the assigned department.
