Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in an associate degree or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
• Able to work in the US; must complete required safety training.
• Available for a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Perform department-specific duties across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage.
