Excellus BCBS is offering a paid 10-week Summer College Internship in Albany, NY. Interns will participate in development workshops, be mentored, and work on meaningful projects across various tracks including business administration, IT, analytics, and more.

The program runs from June to August, with a maximum of 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided. Interns will gain exposure to sales, market analysis, and process improvement while meeting leadership and mentors.

Qualifications

• Desire to study Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Sales Representatives with preparing materials for broker and employer meetings.
• Research prospective employer groups within target markets.
• Track sales opportunities and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.
