Job summary

PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to deliver hands-on experience in field sales, territory analytics, and commercial operations. Interns will work alongside experienced sales leaders, spending time in the field to observe and analyze retailer engagement and market trends.

The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a flexible hybrid work model. Applicants should be entering a bachelor’s program with graduation expected between Dec 2027

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
