Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to provide hands-on experience across territory sales, analytics, and commercial operations.

The ten-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with field exposure and cross-functional collaboration to drive territory growth and consumer engagement. Interns will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
