Job summary

PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 for students in a full-time bachelor’s program.

The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027–August 13, 2027, in a hybrid field-sales environment with hands-on projects, retailer engagement, and leadership exposure. Interns spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth while collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
