PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA is offering a summer Customer Experience internship at our headquarters. You will work directly with the PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure to how we manage customer interactions and streamline service processes.

You will learn from senior managers, collaborate on process improvements, and help document training materials while supporting Six Sigma and other efficiency initiatives.

Formación

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows.
• Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials.
• Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
