PACCAR Parts invites a driven student to join the Customer Experience Analytics team for a summer internship at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will collaborate with Customer Experience departments to analyze processes and build dashboards that inform business decisions.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in college, have strong communication and organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Team-oriented and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements
• Develop and update dashboards and analytics on customer service data
• Update existing dashboards to make data visually appealing and simple to navigate and comprehend for end-users
• Utilize SQL/Python to provide business insight and automate processes
