PACCAR Parts is offering a summer internship in Customer Experience Analytics at its Renton, WA headquarters. The selected candidate will assist the Vehicle Support Center to optimize operations and influence strategic decisions using data-driven methods.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Review and analyze department operations within an industry leading CRM.
• Develop and update dashboards to visualize customer experience department metrics.
• Propose and develop data-driven business solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Python and/or Streamlit to provide business insights and automate processes.
• Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects.
