Job summary

PACCAR Parts invites current college students to join our Dealer Experience summer internship at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work with our Dealer Experience team to gain exposure to the Customer Experience process and learn from managers and senior managers.

Responsibilities include interfacing with dealers and customers, analyzing processes, updating order status, and supporting shipping, pricing, and vendor lead times while delivering high-level service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college (junior or senior preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality; team-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and customers to support business processes.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Update dealers on order status, shipping, product availability, and pricing.
• Determine vendor availability and lead times per dealer needs.
• Help resolve shipment and special order issues with high service levels.
