Job summary

PACCAR Parts is offering a Customer Experience summer internship at our Renton, WA headquarters. The selected candidate will work with the PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure to customer experience processes and learning from managers and senior leaders.

We are seeking undergraduates (junior or senior preferred) with excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Team-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows.
• Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials.
• Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendation to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
