Job summary

PACCAR Parts is offering an exciting Customer Experience Analytics summer internship at its headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will assist the Vehicle Support Center to optimize their technical assistance-based operations and make strategic business decisions using data driven methodologies.

Gain direct insight from industry-leading professionals and work directly with Managers and Senior Leadership while establishing company-wide mentoring partnerships and handling real-world

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Team-oriented and flexible to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Review and analyze department operations within an industry leading CRM.
• Develop and update dashboards to visualize customer experience department metrics.
• Propose and develop data-driven business solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Python and/or Streamlit to provide business insights and automate processes.
• Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects.
