Qualifications

• Active, full-time student at Sophomore–Senior level pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Preferred: prior work or internship in commercial construction.
• Demonstrates participation or leadership in student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assist with RFIs, document control, and submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Summarize discussions and decisions from project meetings and owner meetings.
• Review specifications to ensure compliance and project quality.
• Help PM identify inspections and manage inspection logs; coordinate with inspectors.
• Update contract drawings for approved changes and ensure document updates.
• Support daily safety practices and capture progress and quality photos.
