Qualifications

• Active, full-time Sophomore-Senior level student pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assists with RFI, document control and management, creation and tracking of submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Assist in summarizing discussions and decisions in meetings.
• Reads through specifications to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assist in inspections scheduling and readiness.
• Update contract drawings to reflect approved changes.
• Assist Superintendents with daily reports and progress photos.
• Model safety awareness and support safety plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
