Job summary

Active, full-time Sophomore–Senior student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
Survey/quantify materials from drawings.
Develop knowledge of 2D takeoff/3D estimating technologies and platforms.
Organize quantity takeoffs for audit readiness.
Estimate interiors for projects.
Learn basic structural/civil estimating at development/construction level drawings.
Contact trade contractors/suppliers for pricing.
Use collaboration software for document control and distribution.
Contribute to development of 4D BIM models and VR/AR applications.
Participate in active project site visits.
