Qualifications

• Active, full-time student at Sophomore–Senior level.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assists with RFI, document control and management, submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Summarizes discussions and decisions from project team and owner meetings.
• Reads specifications to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assists with inspections planning and logs; coordinates with inspectors.
• Updates contract drawings to reflect approved changes and updates from trades.
• Assists Superintendents with daily reports and progress/quality photos.
• Supports safety planning and site-wide safety initiatives.
