Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and entering junior or senior year or recently graduated.
• Pursuing a degree related to business, technology, construction, real estate, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in homebuilding, financial services, or related functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the department, division, or field location.
• Assist with projects, research, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Learn and apply company policies, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with teams to understand how different areas support homebuilding and customer experience.
• Participate in training and rotations to gain broad exposure to the business.
