Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university and entering junior or senior year.
• Pursuing a degree related to the internship area (business, technology, finance, construction, real estate, HR, marketing, operations).
• Demonstrated interest in homebuilding, financial services, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the assigned department, division, or jobsite.
• Assist with department projects, research, reporting, and admin activities.
• Learn and apply company policies, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand company operations.
