Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead is seeking a Center Administrator for Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ, to manage logistics and finances for an on-site summer program. The role requires residing on campus and supervising safety for international students during the session from June to August.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Center Director, handling budgets, and ensuring smooth daily operations, while maintaining safeguarding standards and coordinating with campus partners.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to represent MLA Move Language Ahead's values to staff, university staff, vendors and clients.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend required, paid training and induction meetings before program start.
• Review itineraries and become familiar with all aspects of the program.
• Maintain MLA Easy Center Management software.
• Assist in keeping a clean, organized Center Office.
