Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead is seeking a Welfare Manager for a full-time seasonal role at Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ. Responsibilities include safeguarding and welfare of international students, coordinating with campus staff, and maintaining a safe living environment on campus.

The candidate must reside in MLA-provided housing, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and participate in on-call duties to ensure student safety throughout the program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee student welfare and safeguarding during the program.
• Maintain a 24-hour on-call emergency presence and report incidents.
• Coordinate with Center Director and Center Administrator on housing and logistics.
• Supervise residence hall and staff to enforce rules and safety.
• Assist with arrival, airport transfers, and excursions when needed.
