Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead is seeking a Center Director for the USA Summer School program at Pitzer College, Claremont, CA. This full-time, seasonal role runs mid-June through mid-August and requires residence on campus to supervise operations and international students.

The Center Director will oversee center staff, ensure safety, manage day-to-day activities, and coordinate with program directors. A Bachelor's degree and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the Summer School.
• Report to Operations Manager and manage center staff.
• Supervise 6 days per week with 1 day off.
• Residence on campus for the duration of the program and on-call nights.
