MLA Move Language Ahead is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Manager for our Summer School program at Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ. You will oversee Activity Leaders, arrange on‑campus activities, excursions, and safety.

The role involves living on campus and managing a dynamic team of youth‑facing staff during a six‑week period from mid‑June to mid‑August. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication in a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a high‑pressure international summer program.
• Demonstrates MLA values to staff, vendors and guests.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and review itineraries before the session.
• Direct Activity Leaders to ensure smooth operation and safety.
• Maintain on‑campus housing, safety procedures, and 24‑hour on‑call support.
• Oversee center operations, scheduling, and communications with Group Leaders.
