Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead invites you to join our Summer School as an Activity Manager at Pitzer College, Claremont, CA. You will oversee Activity Leaders, coordinate on-campus entertainment and off-campus excursions, and ensure a safe, engaging experience for international students during Summer 2026.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. On-campus housing is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ESL summer camp programming, including excursions and on-campus activities.
• Coordinate Activity Leaders and ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
• Report to Center Director and Operations Manager and maintain program quality.
