Job summary

Move Language Ahead is seeking a Center Director for MLA Summer School programs at Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ, running June 19 to August 13, 2026. The role is full-time, seasonal, with on-campus residence and on-call responsibilities.

You will manage all center operations, supervise staff, ensure student safety, and liaise with the Operations Manager to deliver a high-quality cultural immersion experience for international high school students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Enthusiastic and positive leadership qualities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to reside on campus during program.
• Ability to multi-task and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the Summer School.
• Ensure safety and welfare of international students.
• Manage center operations and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with Center Administrator and Operations Manager.
