Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role during the busy summer camp season. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This on-site, live-in contract runs May through September, with a demanding schedule of six days per week and approximately 70 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Ready to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding minimum 6‑day/70‑hour week.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in hot/cold kitchen environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; cultivate a high-energy, positive work environment.
• Oversee operations, ensure scratch cooking, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
